CAOS is looking for a Freelance Creative Producer to join us on selected projects and help develop new relationships with brands, agencies and production companies.

We’re an audiovisual studio based in Buenos Aires, working across film, branded content, fiction and generative AI. We’re looking for someone who understands both the creative and commercial sides of audiovisual production.
The role sits somewhere between creative production and business development. You’ll help identify relevant opportunities, open conversations with potential clients and partners, understand briefs, and work with us during the early stages of projects.

We’re especially interested in people with experience in advertising, film,



branded content or creative production who already understand how agencies and brands commission audiovisual work.

This is not a traditional sales position. We care much more about judgment, relationships and understanding good creative work than aggressive outreach.

Remote, project-based collaboration. Open to candidates internationally.

Compensation will be defined per collaboration and may include project fees and/or commission on projects originated through the relationship.
