About the role
RHK is a Dubai-based advisory group working across real estate (RHK Properties) and UAE company formation (Oxford Management Consultancy). We help international clients invest in Dubai property and establish companies in the UAE, and we're expanding into Latin America.
We're looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager based in Argentina to build and run our local referral partner network. You'll identify, onboard, and activate company formation consultants, accountants, and law firms whose clients are looking for offshore structures and international investment, and you'll be the local face and translator between those partners, their clients, and our Dubai team.
This is a relationship-driven role. We measure success by partners who actually send referrals and by referrals that convert into deals, not by how many agreements get signed.
What you'll do
Identify and reach out to consultants, accountants, and law firms in Argentina serving investors and business owners
Onboard partners into our referral network and keep them active and referring




Facilitate and translate (Spanish/English) meetings between partners, their clients, and our Dubai team
Serve as the trusted local point of contact for partners in Argentina
Own the pipeline end to end: partners contacted, onboarded, activated, referrals, meetings booked
Report weekly on activated partners and qualified referrals
What we're looking for
Fully bilingual: professional English and Spanish (you'll work in English daily)
2+ years in business development, partnerships, sales, or corporate/legal/financial services
Strong relationship builder, comfortable engaging lawyers, accountants, and business owners
Self-directed and reliable working remotely with a Dubai-based team (GMT+4)
Organized, with solid CRM or pipeline discipline
Nice to have
An existing network among Argentine consultants, accountants, or lawyers
Background in real estate, corporate services, immigration, or wealth/offshore ad
