Description of the Role
The Software Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality software solutions.



They will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clean, scalable, and efficient code. The ideal candidate actively participates in the entire software development lifecycle—from initial conception to deployment and maintenance—while advocating for engineering best practices, code quality, and automation. A growth mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to collaborative continuous improvement are key to succeeding in this role.
100% Remote position (open to candidates across LATAM).
Responsibilities of the Role
Design, write, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure code following industry best practices and organizational standards.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and UX/UI designers to define project requirements, system architecture, and functional specifications.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily
