? What Will Your Day Look Like?
We are looking for a Manager to lead transformation programs for the world’s leading telecommunications operators, mainly in North America. You will own delivery end to end: you shape the solution, you lead the team that builds it, and you are the counterpart the client calls.




? Own end-to-end delivery of a program or a set of workstreams, including scope, plan, quality and commercial outcome.
? Lead multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams, setting direction and raising the bar on quality.
? Be the day-to-day counterpart for senior client stakeholders, including director and VP level.
? Shape the solution: define the target operating model and the platform roadmap, and make the trade-off calls that keep the program moving.
⚠️ Manage risk, dependencies and escalations across a complex delivery landscape.
? Contribute to business development: proposals, estimations and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
? Coach and develop consultants and analysts, and contribute to the growth of the practice.
