? What Will Your Day Look Like?
We are looking for a Consultant to lead workstreams within large-scale transformation programs for the world's leading telecommunications operators, mainly in North America. You will work side by side with client stakeholders to redesign how they sell, serve and operate,



and then make it real on the platforms that run their business.
? Lead a workstream within a global transformation program, from diagnosis through design to deployment.
? Translate business needs into functional designs, user stories and process flows.
? Redesign customer operations, sales and service processes for B2C and B2B telecom businesses.
⚙️ Drive the functional side of platform implementations: requirements, configuration decisions, testing and adoption.
? Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and communicate progress, risks and trade-offs clearly.
? Contribute to Gen AI use cases embedded into client operations.
