Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and team management. This role requires strong execution, team leadership, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping)
- Ensure order accuracy, on-time fulfillment, and operational efficiency
- Supervise warehouse staff (full-time and temporary workers), including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts and audits
- Handle operational issues such as delays, damages, and discrepancies
- Implement and optimize SOPs and workflows
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse regulations




- Coordinate with operations, transportation, and customer teams

Qualifications
- 8+ years of warehouse / fulfillment / logistics experience
- 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
- Experience in 3PL, e-commerce, or high-volume warehouse operations
- Familiar with WMS systems and warehouse KPIs
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience in fast-growing or startup environments
- Experience managing large teams (including temporary labor)
- Bilingual Spanish + English; Chinese is a plus

Pay: $1,400,000.00 - $2,000,000.00 per month
