What will you be doing?

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant - Calendar Manager to support our DeFi Mentors. This role ensures that our mentors’ schedules run smoothly, allowing them to focus on delivering maximum value to our students and community.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly calendars for DeFi Mentors.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm meetings, coaching sessions, and events.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
- Coordinate across time zones to align mentor availability with clients, students, and inter
