_ What you’ll do for us_:
In this role, you will act as the supply “control tower” for the plant, aligning multiple stakeholders to ensure product availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Key responsibilities include:
- Track and analyze finished goods Weeks of Supply (WOS), identifying improvement opportunities and proposing planning parameter adjustments to optimize inventory value. _(20%)_
- Ensure on‑time, in‑full product availability to bottlers by defining finished goods inventory policies and monitoring coverage reports, while aligning actions with Master Planning and Production Scheduling teams. _(20%)_
- Lead Pre‑SPP and SPP (Supply Planning Process) sessions, consolidating inputs from Finance, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Customer Service, New Products, HR, Lab, Projects,



and Demand; analyze volume and inventory projections and connect changes with key business drivers. _(20%)_
- Analyze inventory projections and monitor inventory value, leading mitigation plans to manage risks related to shortages or excess inventory. _(10%)_
- Lead key initiatives such as Migration routines and execution of New Products within the plant. _(10%)_
- Support troubleshooting initiatives and ensure plant requirements are properly communicated to Shared Services. _(10%)_
- Support local execution of Enterprise Risk Management activities, including Business Continuity Plans and risk assessments. _(5%)_
- Contribute to risk analysis activities to proactively identify and manage operational risks. _(5%)_

This role requires strong negotiation and influencing skills, as you will coordinate across multiple functions without having direct reports, ensuring supply remains the top priority for the plant.
