1. Assist in supervising production staff and monitoring workflow in the assembly of electronic products.

2. Ensure daily production schedules and output targets are met without compromising quality or safety.

3. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., QA, Engineering, Warehouse) to support production continuity.

4. Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

5. Monitor equipment and machinery performance; coordinate preventive maintenance with maintenance teams.

6. Identify and resolve minor production issues to prevent delays or downtime.

7. Provide training and guidance to line operators and new hires.

8. Maintain accurate records of production data, downtime, and attendance.

9. Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in root cause analysis when defects or issues occur.

10. Report performance, issues, and improvement opportunities to the Production Manager.

11. Participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 (QMS) and ISO 14001 (EMS) standards.

Qualification:
1.



A degree or diploma in Industrial Technology, Electronics, Manufacturing, or a related field is an advantage.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in electronics assembly.

3. At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred.

4. Good understanding of electronics assembly processes, tools, and quality standards.

5. Familiar with lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodology.

6. Strong leadership and people management skills.

7. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

8. Basic knowledge of safety standards and equipment handling.

9. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

11. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting production priorities

12. Knowledge and working experience with ISO 9001 (QMS) and ISO 14001 (EMS) standards. (is an advantage)

Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
