Senior Project Planner / Scheduler

Principal Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and control Project Execution Schedules, including Level 1, 2, and 3 schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
- Ensure schedule assumptions are fully aligned with cost engineering, cost estimation, risk management, and project management disciplines.
- Implement Company schedule and planning requirements, cascading these requirements to contractors and ensuring compliance.
- Identify schedule trends,



risks, and potential slippages, proactively reporting findings to Project Engineers and Project Managers.
- Produce regular progress and performance reports, including analysis and reporting of Schedule Performance Index (SPI).
- Develop, implement, and maintain consistent, realistic project plans and control structures.
- Ensure compliance with approved planning and progress monitoring procedures.
- Perform monthly progress updates, including forecasting, critical path analysis, and trend analysis for assigned project elements, incorporating interface impacts.
- Prepare, update, and maintain schedule status reports, providing regular and comprehensive updates to Project Engineers.
- Assess and integrate the impact of approved changes, deviations, and productivity performance against key project targets and milestones.
