Ecolab is seeking a TrademarkSpecialist with a solid understanding of international trademark portfolio management to support Ecolab’s global businesses. This position will primarily support the trademark team in building, maintaining and protecting the Ecolab trademark portfolio globally.

Main Responsibilities:




- Support general trademark prosecution activities, including trademark clearance, filings, prosecution, and maintenance.
- Communicate and coordinate with US and foreign trademark counsel regarding trademark registration, maintenance, and enforcement.
- Monitor upcoming deadlines and supervision of docketing activities.
- Assist trademark attorneys with trademark monitoring, enforcement and dispute matters, such as: reviewing trademark watch reports; gathering information and evidence from business teams to support enforcement actions; reviewing and assisting with attorney execution of filings; and docketing deadlines.
- Reviewing new brand requests received from business teams to confirm alignment with current brand guidelines and policies.
- Coordinating post-registration filings and renewals worldwide, including maintenance instructions, auditing files, communicating with business teams to confirm use and obtain documentation as needed
