We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to create high-quality, engaging video content to support our marketing, recruitment, and brand growth efforts.

Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Edit long-form videos for YouTube and Facebook
- Add captions, subtitles, sound effects, music, and transitions
- Create strong visual hooks within the first few seconds
- Optimize videos based on each platform’s format and best practices
- Maintain brand consistency across all content
- Organize video assets and maintain efficient workflow
- Deliver content on schedule

Requirements:
- Proven video editing experience for social media
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- CapCut
- Final Cut Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook content formats
- Ability to create engaging, fast-paced, professional video content
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to work independently
