We are seeking an experienced and motivated B2B Sales Closer to join our growing digital marketing agency. This is a remote, performance-driven sales opportunity for someone who is confident speaking with business owners, identifying their needs, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with qualified leads provided by the company
Conduct professional sales conversations with business owners and decision-makers
Identify prospect needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Clearly communicate value and present appropriate service options
Handle objections and negotiate effectively
Close qualified prospects and guide them through the next steps
Maintain accurate lead and sales activity within the CRM
Consistently follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
Meet established monthly sales and performance goals
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of proven B2B sales experience
At least 2 years of direct closing experience
Strong English communication skills
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities




Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Experience selling to U.S. businesses is strongly preferred
Experience selling digital marketing, agency, SaaS, or other B2B services is strongly preferred
Experience using CRM and sales pipeline tools
Self-motivated, reliable, organized, and results-driven
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment
Compensation
This is a primarily commission-based position with uncapped earning potential, along with performance-based compensation for qualified sales closers.
New closers begin with a 30-day performance trial. Successful closers will have access to an enhanced compensation structure upon completion of the trial.
