Overview

We are hiring a Sales & Operations Coordinator for a founder-led residential cleaning company in the home services industry. This is a Full-Time remote role for a Texas, USA-based company.

This role is idóneo for a highly responsive, sales-driven and process-oriented professional who is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and can take ownership of lead handling, bookings, cleaner coordination, and day-to-day operations with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls, texts, emails, web inquiries, and social media leads within 1–2 business hours
Qualify prospects, collect the required property details and photos before quoting, provide quotes using approved pricing guidelines, overcome objections, and convert inquiries into booked cleanings
Own the CRM pipeline; maintain accurate records, manage follow-ups, send confirmations and reminders, request reviews, and track key metrics
Schedule jobs based on confirmed cleaner availability; coordinate dispatch, manage reschedules and day-of changes, and maintain accurate job and completion records




Recruit and screen cleaners; coordinate references, background checks and paid trial cleans, maintain a reliable bench of vetted cleaners, and present top candidates for final owner approval
Handle routine customer service issues, review before-and-after photos as first-pass quality control, coordinate approved re-cleans, and escalate major complaints and refund or credit requests
Set up and manage company-owned business systems and online channels; support local lead generation across Google Business Profile, social media, advertising, and lead platforms within agreed budgets
Monitor cash flow and upcoming obligations using view-only access, flag potential shortfalls, and prepare concise weekly reports for the owner

2+ years of phone-based sales or customer support experience within home services (e.g., cleaning, HVAC, plumbing), with proven ownership of lead qualifi
