We are looking for a strategic and creative Content Manager to join a regional project for a world-class sports brand.

This role will be key in bringing the project to life on WhatsApp, leading the planning, creation, and publication of content that reflects a young, integral, and energetic spirit within the sports landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage content grids aligned with the project’s overall strategy.
- Write creative, relevant copy consistent with the campaign’s tone and objectives.
- Research digital and cultural trends to connect authentically with young audiences.
- Identify and leverage cultural trends, memes, and emerging content formats.




- Collaborate closely with design, production, and strategy teams to ensure visual and narrative consistency.
- Analyze results and optimize content strategies based on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
- Keep up to date with new formats and emerging platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Threads, WhatsApp, etc.).

Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in content strategy or digital content management.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Deep understanding of Generation Z’s digital behaviors, language, and cultural codes.
- Strong knowledge and passion in sports, particularly football (soccer).
- Be up to date on professional football events and news, as well as familiarity with amateur and street football culture.
- Creativity to develop campaign concepts, storytelling, and interactive experiences.
- Previous experience in creative agencies or international projects (
