About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Strategy Lead to own what angles and concepts we decide to pursue, and why.

This role exists to centralize creative thinking and lead the strategy function, so that:
Angles are original, well-reasoned, and grounded in what actually performs
Clients receive perspective, not just production
The work we make is the result of deliberate thinking, not taste scattered across the org
Creative conviction, not volume, becomes the competitive advantage we sell

You are accountable for creative thinking and strategic quality, not execution output.

This is a creative judgment + strategic leadership role.

What You Will Own

1. Creative Strategy & Angle Development (Primary)
Define what angles and concepts are worth pursuing for each client - and articulate why.
