• An updated portfolio is required. Your portfolio should include shipped product work and demonstrate your design process, thinking, and iteration — not only final screens. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

• Strong professional English is required, both written and spoken. You will work closely with an international team and communicate daily with product managers, engineers, and leadership.

• We are specifically looking for candidates with 5+ years of hands-on product design experience working on digital products. Graphic design, branding, marketing design, or UI-only experience alone is not sufficient.

• Experience designing complex product experiences is important. We are especially interested in candidates who have worked on data-dense products, analytics platforms, fintech, developer tools, creative software, or other sophisticated digital tools.

About the role
We're looking for a craft-first Senior Product Designer. You'll work alongside two other designers, go deep on the hardest interaction problems in the product, and set the bar for what quality looks like.

The opportunity is to define what deliberate practice for traders should look and feel like, including what it becomes as AI reshapes how people learn, analyze, and improve. You'll report directly to the CPO
