Role: Senior Product Owner - eCommerce

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: 6 months (possibly long term)

Work Hours: PST hours preferred (flex as long as committed to core hours of 7am-2pm PST)

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in LATAM)
Team Overview

This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with marketing stakeholders, design shops, and the ecommerce team. In this role, you will work closely with another Product Owner plus developers and QA in Argentina.

Role Description

Day to day, this role is expected to love ecommerce and deliver quality features and capabilities that create a seamless customer experience from discovery to conversion and enable our brand growth. Your ability to identify challenges and creatively solve problems in a fast-paced environment will not only be welcomed but celebrated. You will perform detailed requirements analysis, document existing processes, develop ideas for improving processes, gain consensus on these improvements,



perform user acceptance testing and help with change management.

Day in the life
- Start day with a team meeting - critical issues review, how are things running on the site
- Daily standups with developers, rest of day split between overseeing a release, refining next tickets when developers free up with projects. Prep for refinement by gathering requirements and getting them ready for next project.
- Scheduling and planning to walk developers through refinement, when do I need to see existing releases and upcoming.
- Might spend a few hours on requirements writing, word/confluence documents, detailing how things should function.
- Stakeholder phone calls.
- Things are nimble and fast paced, need to manage what's getting released. Manage time well.
