We are seeking a talented Partner Funding Operations Specialist to join our growing Finance team.



The right candidate is someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable, thrives on managing multiple deadlines across systems and stakeholders, and is comfortable adapting as program requirements evolve. Your mission will be to own the operational workflow for AWS & Anthropic Funding Programs end to end — maintaining accurate documentation, preparing and submitting invoices on time, keeping internal teams current on program changes, and partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the funding completion process
