We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support company leadership across marketing, operations, and executive administration. This is a high-impact role requiring someone who can anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and execute a variety of technical and creative tasks with minimal supervision.

The adecuado candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has experience with video editing, and is proficient in GoHighLevel, including building funnels, landing pages, and marketing automations. This individual will serve as a trusted right hand to the executive team while helping execute key marketing initiatives and maintaining operational efficiency.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support

Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prioritize tasks, organize projects, and ensure deadlines are met
Prepare reports, presentations, and other executive documents
Coordinate communication with clients, partners, and internal team members
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion





Marketing & Content Creation

Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing, social media, and internal communications
Create graphics and assist with digital marketing campaigns when needed
Organize and manage digital assets, media libraries, and content calendars

GoHighLevel Management

Build and maintain GoHighLevel funnels and landing pages
Create and optimize marketing automations and workflows
Manage forms, surveys, calendars, pipelines, and CRM data
Troubleshoot and improve existing GoHighLevel systems

Administrative & Operational Support

Assist with project coordination across multiple departments
Track ongoing initiatives and follow up to ensure completion
Research vendors, software, and business solutions as requested
Develop and improve internal processes and documentation

Qualifications & Skills:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Proven
