About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the client relationship post-onboarding for our Employer of Record (EOR) platform. You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients expanding their global workforce, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, driving platform adoption, and working cross-functionally with Payroll, Compliance, Legal, and Product teams to deliver a seamless experience across markets.
This role suits someone who has operated in global HR/EOR operations, understands the mechanics of cross-border employment (compliance, payroll, onboarding/offboarding), and is comfortable being the connective tissue between clients and internal teams.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end relationship management for a portfolio of global clients, acting as their trusted advisor on EOR processes, compliance, and platform usage
Serve as the escalation point for client issues, coordinating with Payroll, Compliance, Legal, and Product/Tech teams to resolve cases within SLA
Drive onboarding and continued adoption of the platform,



educating clients on new features, capabilities, and best practices
Monitor account health metrics (CSAT, retention, usage, SLA adherence) and proactively flag risks or expansion opportunities
Partner with Product and Tech teams to feedback client needs, support automation initiatives, and improve service delivery
Maintain accurate documentation of client processes, employee lifecycle events, and country-specific compliance requirements
Support renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Prepare and present periodic business reviews (QBRs) with data-backed insights on account performance
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Global HR Operations — ideally within an EOR, PEO, HRMS, or integral payroll environment
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and cross-border compliance/labor law basics
