Role: Marketing Services Consultant

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: 3-4 Months

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 100% Remote - Candidates can work from anywhere in Argentina

MC (L6): Responsible for leading cross-functional teams in high-impact campaigns, identifying strategic opportunities and ensuring deliverable quality. Builds relationships with C-level stakeholders and leads commercial initiatives.
- Designs campaign strategies based on KPIs and market trends.
- Leads presentations in complex situations.
- Manages resources and risks proactively.
- Identifies cross-sell opportunities and co-leads contracting processes.
- Inspires and guides the team in using technical capabilities and tools.

AMC (L7) : Leads teams in executing marketing campaigns, ensuring error-free deliverables aligned with client objectives. Identifies improvement opportunities and collaborates with stakeholders to maximize delivered value.




- Synthesizes complex data into relevant findings.
- Leads client meetings and coaches junior team members.
- Manages vendors and ensures regulatory compliance.
- Participates in commercial activities such as proposal preparation.
- Acts as a technical and cultural mentor within the team.

C (L8) : Leads the execution of marketing campaigns, structuring complex analyses and generating strategic recommendations. Acts as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and contributes to identifying commercial opportunities.
- Develops complete presentations with coherent storytelling.
- Identifies improvement opportunities in ongoing campaigns.
- Leads internal meetings and occasionally client meetings.
- Supports junior colleagues and contributes to team planning.
- Applies advanced technical knowledge in marketing tools.
