ZEXTER is a technology company developing its own full-stack platform for the digital entertainment and iGaming ecosystem. We build scalable technology solutions for operators, creators, and digital businesses, helping them launch, manage, scale and monetize their products more efficiently.

We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Manager with strong LATAM iGaming experience to join our team.

In this role, you will take ownership of the brand’s social media and influencer activities across Latin American markets.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the social media and influencer strategy for the brand across LatAm markets.

- Manage and grow social media channels including X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.

- Identify, evaluate and build partnerships with LATAM influencers, creators, streamers and online communities.

- Research and negotiate paid placements across relevant social media channels and communities and manage influencer campaigns from launch to completion.

- Track performance, analyse key metrics and optimise content,



campaigns and channels based on data and business results.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in SMM and/or influencer marketing within the iGaming industry, with hands-on experience in LatAm markets.

- Strong understanding of Latin American culture, mentality, digital behaviour and iGaming audience specifics.

- Proven experience working with influencers, creators, streamers and online communities and running social media campaigns.

- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented and data-driven approach.

- Fluent Spanish and English - mandatory, Portuguese is a strong plus.
