Parlor is a U.S.-based membership and technology company operating across multiple major U.S. markets. As the company continues to scale, we are building more sophisticated systems for performance management, accountability, and company-wide reporting.
We are looking for an experienced Business Performance and/or Control de Gestión professional to help build and lead this function, working directly with Parlor's founders and Division Leads.

The Role

The Senior Business Performance Manager will help ensure that Parlor has an accurate and current understanding of how the organization, its divisions, and its teams are performing.
The role goes beyond preparing reports. We are looking for someone who can interpret performance, identify problems and trends, improve how we measure results, and ensure important performance issues are visible and acted upon.

Key Responsibilities





Review company-wide performance data and identify areas not meeting established standards, targets, or goals
Maintain and improve division, employee, and contractor scorecards, KPIs, and performance reporting
Work with founders and Division Leads to establish appropriate goals, standards, and performance measures
Track weekly and monthly goals, identify shortfalls, and help determine why targets are not being achieved
Track commitments and action items established through management meetings, including completion and timeliness
Ensure required performance reports, reviews, and recurring checks are completed and information is accurate and current
Evaluate performance trends, recurring problems, and whether corrective actions are producing measurable improvement
Prepare clear performance insights for founders and Division Leads and continuously improve the company's performance management systems
