Role Purpose:
We are looking for a proactive bilingual (English/Spanish) Tenant Support professional who takes full ownership of daily operations and drives service performance by ensuring maintenance requests, make-ready tasks, and lease renewals are completed within KPI timelines, while maintaining accurate tracking of move-ins, move-outs, and occupancy levels.



This role plays a critical part in delivering high tenant satisfaction and retention through timely issue resolution, strong accountability, and continuous service improvement.

How We Work

This is a full-time, 100% remote position with Zoom meetings required during working hours.
- Monday to Friday: 9:30AM to 5:00PM (CDT) and Saturday: 9:30AM to 3:00PM (CDT)
- Total of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week

What You Will Do
- Manage and track maintenance requests according with HEXA’s policies and KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues on time.
- Oversee make-ready tasks to prepare units for new tenants.
- Monitor and manage move-ins, move-outs, and occupancy updates accurately.
- Conduct and document move-in and move-out inspections.
- Support lease renewals and tenant retention.
- Respond to tenant concerns promptly, with a solution-oriented mindset.
