Skills and Competencies
- Financial/statistical research capabilities
- Strong academic background with good grasp of accounting and financial knowledge
- Advanced knowledge SQL or Phyton
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is required. Macros, PowerPoint is desirable
- English speaking and writing capabilities are a plus
- Schedule availability for 20 hours per week
- Strong verbal, written communication,



and interpersonal skills in Spanish and English
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Education
- Students matriculating through college, studying towards a Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification, in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Political Economy, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or another quantitative field

Supporting Analytical teams as needed. Examples of analytical work may include:
- Preparing financial spreadsheets and charts, analyzing data and financial statements, building and updating financial models and forecasts
