Work Environment:
We’re looking for detail oriented, proactive _Dispatchers_ to take ownership of coordinating delivery carriers, managing fulfilment to clients and keeping clean paperwork flow.
- Advanced Fluent Level of English is a MUST as this position requires jumping on calls with clients and drivers to plan deliveries and occasionally solve problems on the spot. Must be good under, but more importantly a great planner who can foresee potential miscommunications or issues and prevent them proactively so everything goes smooth._

Compensation:
- Each dispatcher is expected to handle the deliveries of Sales 4 closers. Our avg Closer runs 40-50 units per month(2-3 daily). Base plus performance pay structure (Monthly USD/ARS): Paid in USD_
- In Training (4 Units / day):$800 (1.09M ARS):
- Underperforming (6 Units / day):$850 (1.16M ARS):
- Satisfactory (8 Units / day):$900 (1.23M ARS):
- Good (10 Units / day):$950 (1.3M ARS):
- Great (12 Units / day):$1,000 (1.36M ARS)

- 16 Units:$1,100 (1.50M ARS):

What You’ll Do:
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries (clients + carriers)
- Confirm order details, site readiness, and logistics
- Monitor deliveries and resolve issues in real time
- Jump on calls to handle on-site challenges and negotiate solutions
- Keep CRM updated with accurate delivery status
- Manage calendar
