Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and supervise the financial entity's complete accounting cycle.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements.
Perform bank reconciliations, account analysis, and accounting provisions.
Support and coordinate internal and external audit processes.
Ensure compliance with tax obligations, including VAT, income tax, and PPM.
Prepare regulatory reports for the CMF.
Participate in automation and continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes.
Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, and Compliance to ensure correct accounting attribution of financial operations.
Generate financial reports for head office or supervisory bodies.
Document results and follow up on corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements
Título competente de Contador Auditor o carrera afín.
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en contabilidad financiera, idealmente en bancos, compañías de seguros, fintechs o instituciones reguladas.
Conocimiento avanzado de normativa IFRS y regulaciones de la CMF.
Manejo de ERP contables (deseable Oracle).
Excel avanzado; manejo de herramientas BI (Power BI, Tableau).




Experiencia en fiscalizaciones y auditorías.
Knowledge of and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements, bank reconciliations, account analysis, and accounting provisions.
