At Bull Market Securities, we are looking for a Client Services Specialist to join our Retail / Wealth Management team.

The position is focused on providing comprehensive support to Wealth Management clients and Strategic Partners, coordinating operational and administrative processes related to their accounts and acting as a key point of contact between clients and our Middle Office and Back Office teams.
The role will also be responsible for organizing, documenting, and continuously improving Client Services processes, contributing to an efficient, transparent, and scalable operation.

? Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on clients’ operational and administrative requests through to resolution.
Support clients throughout account opening, transfers, migrations, and ongoing account maintenance processes.
Coordinate communications, signatures, and documentation required to complete different processes.
Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed about the status of ongoing requests.
Identify and escalate exceptional or complex situations when appropriate.




Provide a high level of service while ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and timely follow-up.
Coordinate and monitor wires, ACHs, ACATs, securities transfers, and cash movements.
Provide operational support for account openings, closures, migrations, and modifications, including transfers between custodians, brokers, and investment platforms.
Conduct initial reviews and follow up on documentation required for new accounts and account maintenance processes.
Maintain accurate and well-organized client records, instructions, and documentation.
Work closely with Middle Office and Compliance on documentation review and remediation processes.
Provide operational support to Strategic Partners on account, transfer, and documentation-related processes.
Document and maintain up-to-date Client Services procedures and workflows.
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes.
