We’re seeking a Senior Backend SDET / QA Automation Engineer to build automated quality infrastructure for an event-driven data platform supporting AI applications. This role combines integration engineering, data quality, backend test automation, and technical collaboration across application and platform teams.
The adecuado candidate has deep hands-on experience validating streaming data and event-driven systems, particularly Kafka/Kinesis, with strong Python and SQL skills. They will design automated test suites, validate event schemas, ensure end-to-end data integrity, and establish quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.

Key Requirements:
✅ Hands-on experience validating data quality in event-driven/streaming systems such as Kafka, Kinesis, or equivalent
✅ Strong Python experience for integration development, tooling, and automated testing, combined with strong SQL skills for complex data validation and quality assertions

✅ Proven experience with event schema validation (JSON Schema, Avro, or Protobuf) and building automated test suites for data pipelines, event-driven systems, or API integrations.
