Senior E-Commerce Creative Designer

We’re growing our creative team to support a portfolio of health, wellness and specialty nutrition brands. We’re looking for a designer who can see what makes each brand worth paying attention to and bring that to life.

You’ll take creative ownership of assigned brands across our portfolio, with room to shape the work, test your ideas and build on what’s already working. An established brand deserves fresh thinking just as much as a new one.

About Us
Our portfolio includes Netrition, BariatricPal, PatchAid, Bariatric Eating, Alex’s Low-Acid Coffee and several newly acquired brands.

Our customers might be finding foods they can enjoy after bariatric surgery, stocking a low-carb pantry or looking for coffee that’s easier on their stomach. Those are different shopping experiences, and the creative should reflect that.

As we grow, we’re building a team that can give each brand the attention and identity it deserves.

About the Role




You’ll take hands-on creative ownership of assigned brands, with email at the center of your work. From Klaviyo email campaigns and flows to paid advertising and Shopify product page imagery, you’ll turn products and promotions into creative that feels unmistakably like the brand behind it.

We’re looking for someone who can make the tenth email about a bestselling product feel worth clicking again. Someone who sees a stronger advertising angle, knows which product detail deserves the spotlight and can carry an idea from a rough conversation to finished creative.

You’ll work closely with marketing leadership on direction and priorities, then bring your own judgment to the execution. There’s room to experiment and challenge an idea. You’ll also see how the work performs, because your involvement shouldn’t end when you hand over the files.
