Responsibilities

Manage multiple website development projects from kickoff through launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including WordPress developers, designers, SEO specialists, copywriters, and QA, to ensure smooth project execution
Define project scope, priorities, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation




Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by providing project updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues proactively
Review deliverables before client presentation to ensure quality, functionality, SEO best practices, accessibility, and alignment with project requirements
Identify project risks, remove blockers, and keep projects moving efficiently

Requirements

Must-haves:

Professional-level English proficiency (C1 or higher)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing WordPress website development projects within a digital marketing agency or web development agency
Strong understanding of the WordPress website development lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, QA, launch, and post-launch support
Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
