Role Description The Human Resources Assistant at NAVA Solution is a full-time remote role supporting daily HR operations for distributed teams and client accounts. This position assists with maintaining employee records, updating HRIS data, and handling routine inquiries related to benefits, policies, and procedures. The role helps coordinate onboarding, training schedules, and documentation for new hires, while supporting HR management with reports, compliance tracking, and general administrative tasks.



The HR Assistant collaborates closely with HR leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely support and a positive experience for remote staff.
Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an understanding of core HR processes and best practices.
Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including data entry, record maintenance, and basic reporting.
Familiarity with Benefits Administration, including support for enrollments, changes, and employee questions.
Ability to assist with Training coordination, such as scheduling, tracking completion, and managing training materials.
Additional qualifications: strong attention to detail, confidentiality in handling sensitive information, effective written and verbal communication, proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, HR software), and the ability to work independently in a remote environme
