What will help you succeed:

English Advance
2–4 years of experience supporting media systems in a broadcast or post-production environment. - Hands-on experience with tools such as Vantage, Aspera, Mediator-X, Baton And Reach Engine.
Strong Critical Thinking Skills And The Ability To Work Under Pressure In Live Or Time-sensitive Environments. - Familiarity With Media Formats Codecs And Broadcast Delivery Standards.




Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills. - Knowledge Of Media Workflows And Media Supply Chain Including Broadcast/VOD Playout Systems.
Comfortable And Available In A 365x24x7 Support Environment. - BS/BA Preferred - Solid Understanding Of Infrastructure Fundamentals Including Networking Storage And Operating Systems (Windows And Linux). - Experience With Incident Response And Project-based Ticket Management Systems (e.g.
