Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ITSM Senior Project Manager to take ownership of the Broadcom ValueOps implementation and lead the migration from Planview to Clarity.
The position requires a senior delivery professional with the ability to manage a large enterprise PMO transformation, lead several workstreams in parallel, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure effective adoption of the future-state portfolio management model. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate closely with client leadership, business stakeholders, PMO teams, and process owners.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the full delivery lifecycle of the Planview replacement program.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
Coordinate implementation activities involving Clarity, ConnectALL, Rally, and related portfolio management solutions.
Oversee project scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues, actions, assumptions, and key dependencies.
Manage executive governance reviews,



steering committee meetings, and regular project status reporting.
Ensure effective coordination and delivery across multiple business and IT workstreams.
Coordinate implementation partners, software vendors, and other external resources.
Lead workshops focused on future-state process design and support portfolio management transformation activities.
Support organizational readiness by driving stakeholder engagement and adoption planning.
Contribute to the implementation of future-state hybrid funding and portfolio governance models.
Ensure that project delivery follows PMO governance standards and applicable audit requirements.
Manage integrated change-control activities and facilitate structured decision-making throughout the program.
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise software implementation initiatives.
