About the Role

We are looking for a Senior VFX Compositor to lead high-volume regional VFX and 3D output for our biggest regional clients while supporting our Center of Excellence (COE) on general accounts. You will integrate live-action, 3D elements, and generative AI content into photorealistic visuals for large-format digital Out-of-Home (OOH), social media, and advertising campaigns across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

Combine 2D, 3D, and AI-generated elements into final shots using Nuke and After Effects.

Integrate generative AI video and image models (e.g., Runway) into compositing pipelines to optimize delivery and fix hallucinations.

Execute rotoscoping, keying, tracking, and matte extraction while matching color, lighting, and grain.

Partner with 3D artists, retouchers, and supervisors to maintain visual quality and shot continuity under tight deadlines.

Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize scripts, and ensure strict quality control.

Requirements & Skills

Experience:



5+ years in VFX/3D within advertising or gaming agencies.

Software: Nuke and After Effects. Basic knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus.

AI Generative Tools: Demonstrated experience incorporating AI tools into post-production workflows.

Reel: Versatile portfolio demonstrating varied compositing craft beyond simple screen replacements.

Languages: Advanced / Fluent English (written and spoken).

Autonomy: Self-motivated and capable of managing ongoing tasks independently.

Ownership: Takes full accountability for shot quality, deadlines, and technical execution.

Communication Skills: Clear, direct collaboration across regional and multidisciplinary teams.

Organization: Strong ability to prioritize high-volume recurring deliverables efficiently.

Team Work: Seamless collaboration with cross-functional creative leads, retouchers, and supervisors.
