New Search: Technical Lead

We're looking for a hands-on profile that combines team leadership, delivery ownership, and technical depth. The current title isn't what matters most: you may be coming from an Engineering Lead or Tech Lead position, from technical leadership at a small company, or from a Staff/Principal Engineer role with real experience leading teams.

Key responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery for the Engineering team: planning, execution, code reviews, quality, and production releases.
- Co-lead architecture decisions for a high-volume, event-driven platform alongside the CTO.
- Drive the progressive modernization of the stack toward microservices in Node.js / TypeScript.
- Help build the foundations of the product's AI and automation platform.
- Strengthen engineering practices in observability, resilience, testing, CI/CD, and incident management.
- Grow the technical team through mentoring, feedback, and new hires.
- Take part in technical conversations and escalations with international clients and vendors.

What we're looking for

- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- At least 3 years leading technical teams, with direct reports and real ownership of delivery.
- Solid experience working with distributed systems and event-driven architectures in production.
- Backend experience with Node.js / TypeScript,



or an equivalent technical background with the ability to ramp up quickly on the stack.
- Architectural judgment and the ability to analyze and communicate technical trade-offs.
- Experience operating production systems: Kubernetes, Docker, metrics, observability, and incidents.
- Advanced professional English to take part in complex technical conversations.
- Recent experience and comfort working close to the code.

Especially valued

- Experience modernizing legacy systems progressively.
- Knowledge of RabbitMQ or other queueing systems, Redis, idempotency, retries, and event processing.
- Experience in messaging platforms, CPaaS, or high-volume products.
- Experience with AI/ML in production, data pipelines, or MLOps.
- Knowledge of AWS, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, or Vue.

- Someone with an early-stage mindset: autonomous, pragmatic, with speed of execution, and comfortable working in contexts where you have to build, prioritize, and make decisions with few layers of structure. We're looking for someone who can combine technical depth with the ability to grow the team, and who has the judgment to challenge decisions constructively when needed.

Work arrangement
