✈️ TANGO JETS IS HIRING | FLIGHT SUPPORT / OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

We are looking for a Flight Support / Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in coordinating private jet operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for our passengers and clients.

? Location: On-site (CABA, Argentina)

? What you’ll do:

- Coordinate private jet flights from planning through completion.
- Manage last-minute changes, operational challenges, and time-sensitive requests.
- Coordinate with clients, crew, FBOs, handlers, airports, caterers, ground transportation providers, and internal teams.
- Ensure all flight details, documentation, and special requests are accurately coordinated.
- Monitor flights and proactively anticipate potential operational issues.
- Find efficient solutions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely communication with VIP clients, brokers and all the teams involved.
- Go the extra mile to ensure our clients’ expectations are not only met, but exceeded.

?What we’re looking for:
- Experience in private aviation, charter operations, executive assistance / board secretarial roles, VIP travel agencies, or similar customer-facing and coordination positions.



Experience in aviation is highly valued, but not mandatory.
- Experience coordinating multiple tasks, managing priorities, and handling time-sensitive requests is a must.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to remain calm, think quickly, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Genuine passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken — mandatory and will be assessed as part of the recruitment process.
- Availability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Flexibility with working hours according to operational requirements, including the ability to adapt to changing schedules and time-sensitive flight operations.
