? We are looking for an awesome Project Manager to join our team!

Pay & Schedule

- $6.35 USD per hour ($13,200/year)
- 40 hours per week (you are expected to be on Zoom the whole time)
- Schedule is 9am to 5pm CST time
- HubStaff productivity tracking software will be installed on your computer to monitor screen and track activity.

Role

- Run your team's recurring meetings, keep them focused and on time, and make sure everyone leaves knowing what they are responsible for and when it is due.
- Track your team's key numbers, report on them regularly, and follow up on anything falling behind before it becomes a problem.
- Hold people accountable to what they committed to, remove whatever is blocking them, and make sure they have the tools, information, and priorities they need to do their work.

Requirements

- Must have excellent spoken English and be confident communicating with clients on live Zoom calls.
- Must be easy to understand and able to turn complex marketing, sales, and data concepts into simple explanations clients can actually use.
