Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a skilled, ambitious, and highly experienced Senior Product Owner to join our growing HTD Health team at our new branch in Buenos Aires!

As our team in Argentina continues to grow, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence in Argentina. In this role, we don't just need someone to manage a backlog – we are looking for a Discovery expert who can navigate the complex world of SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) and transform healthcare challenges into world-class digital products.

What We Need From You

- At least 5 years of commercial experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager, with a proven track record of driving products from ideation to launch;
- Strong, hands-on experience in the Product Discovery phase – expertise in identifying and shaping business needs, conducting user research, workshops, prototyping, and extracting insights from complex data;
- Practical experience with SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) projects Including a solid understanding of FDA certification requirements and healthcare regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304);
- Experience leading clinical risk management activities in accordance with ISO 14971, including hazard identification, software-related risk assessment, and mitigation coordination throughout the product lifecycle;
- Practical experience operating within regulated risk management frameworks — maintaining risk files, supporting design history documentation, and contributing to post-market surveillance activities in compliance with applicable SaMD standards;




- Demonstrated ability to set best practices and quality standards in product management for other team members;
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (C1+);
- Strong intellectual curiosity and a passion for solving complex healthcare and technological problems;
- Excellent synthesis skills: ability to focus on what’s important and translate complex compliance/medical data into simple product requirements;
- A strong team-player attitude with a focus on delivering value in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Your Daily Life In HTD Will Be Focusing Around

- Leading the Product Discovery process to uncover user needs, validate hypotheses, and shape the Product Vision and Roadmap;
- Translating complex healthcare ecosystem requirements and medical regulations into clear product requirements, Epics, and User Stories;
- Collaborating closely with international stakeholders, developers, and QA teams through all phases of the product lifecycle;
- Managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog, balancing business value, compliance requirements, and technical feasibility;
- Fostering a culture of transparency and agile best practices within the newly forming Buenos Aires team.
