Data Insights AssociatePosition Overview The Data Insights Associate is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting and analytics solutions that support business decision-making. This role will partner with internal stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights through dashboards, reports, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics

- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.
- Analyze operational, financial, sales, and business data to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and business analysis initiatives.
- Monitor and validate data quality across reporting sources.

Data Analysis & Business Support
- Interpret data and provide recommendations that support business objectives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis to investigate reporting discrepancies and data-related issues.
- Gather, document, and clarify business requirements for new reporting solutions.

Technical Development
- Write and maintain SQL queries to support reporting and analytical needs.
- Support the development and optimization of reporting datasets.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Assist with testing and validating reporting enhancements prior to deployment.

Collaboration & Communication




- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reporting solutions.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Provide support and guidance to end users regarding reports and dashboards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and project activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Power Query and Power Pivot.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Exposure to financial services, insurance, lending, or equipment finance industries.
- Experience gathering business requirements and documenting user stories.
- Experience supporting executive and operational reporting.
