Role Description The Group Finance Director is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater Buenos Aires, responsible for leading the financial strategy and operations of the organization. In this role, the individual oversees financial planning and budgeting, ensures timely and accurate financial reporting, and manages the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements for the group. The position includes monitoring key financial performance indicators, identifying trends and risks, and providing data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.

On a day-to-day basis, the Group Finance Director supervises finance teams, implements and improves financial controls and policies,



partners with other departments on business initiatives, and supports compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Finance and Financial Planning, with experience developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare, review, and interpret Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for group-level and multi-entity structures.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for financial modeling, variance analysis, risk assessment, and decision support to senior leadership.
- Proven experience leading finance teams, with effective people management, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, MBA) is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements relevant to insurance and investment businesses.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater Buenos Aires and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including international teams.
- Fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
