- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to homeowners and contractors.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for documenting damage, maintaining records, and managing multiple claims.
- Customer service mindset, with the ability to handle sensitive situations, manage expectations, and build trust.
- Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn the fundamentals of insurance claims and property damage assessment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in insurance, construction, real estate, or related fields is a plus.
