VALIDA CORPORATE FINANCE, a corporate finance advisory firm specializing in strategic and financial advisory services for companies, entrepreneurs and professional investors, is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join its Finance & M&A; Team.

The position is designed for candidates with initial professional experience in Corporate Finance, M&A;, Transaction Services, Investment Banking or Financial Advisory, who are looking to further develop their career in M&A; and corporate finance.

The successful candidate will join the team and be directly involved in domestic, international and cross-border M&A; transactions, supporting financial analysis, company valuation and deal execution activities, with a progressive level of autonomy and responsibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Junior Financial Analyst will be involved across the different stages of the M&A; process, working closely with the deal team and supporting activities including:

Financial analysis of target companies and their financial performance, including the review of financial statements, business plans,



KPIs and key financial metrics;
Preparation and development of financial models, forecasts and transaction-related financial analyses;
Preparation of valuation analyses using key methodologies, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), trading comparables and precedent transactions;
Preparation of investment and transaction materials, including Information Memoranda, Teasers, Management Presentations, company profiles and other materials supporting M&A; transactions;
Market and industry analysis, benchmarking, and assessment of key market trends and competitive dynamics;
Research, screening and identification of potential buyers, investors and acquisition targets across domestic and international markets;
Preparation of analyses, reports and presentations for clients, management teams and investors, as well as buyer/target lists and strategic analysis of potential counterparties;
