Currently we are looking for a Category Manager who will be responsible for managing sourcing and contracting activities, including supplier selection, contract management, negotiation, and supplier relationship management. It will be key for this individual to manage collaboration across multiple locations with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal, Global Process Owners, and other important cross-functional teams. It will also be key for this individual to manage and handle escalations in the sourcing and contracting process.

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Lead sourcing and contracting activities including supplier selection, RFPs, RFQs,



competitive evaluations, benchmarking, and negotiations
Manage end-to-end category management including supplier governance, contract renewals, and ongoing supplier relationship management
Understand the current supplier base, spend, and goals of the organization to define and maintain a procurement strategy with key stakeholders
Support supplier negotiations, contract renewals, and supplier governance frameworks
Maintain alignment with category strategies and program governance standards
Work with suppliers to define the most appropriate and cost-effective pricing structures to support the organization
Leverage existing supply base and identify new opportunities to drive efficiencies and deliver cost savings
Conduct risk assessments where needed to protect the interests and assets of the organization
Provide category intelligence and stakeholder reporting including weekly/monthly spen
