Your Role and Responsibilities
Join our General Business Services squads

QA testers will be responsible for checking new software products
Main Responsibilities:
- The Testers resources shall be able to perform the following activities:
- Backlog refinment and Sprint Planning Activities:
- Clearly define Acceptance Criteria and document criteria in User Stories (US)
- Clearly define Input and Expected result for overall scope of each US
- Work closely to Dev Team to advise testability aspects during software design
- Determine Testing Scope
- Build a Test Plan for US or group of related US
- Look for opportunities to automate tests and create US to be prioritized into sprints

Sprint Execution Activities:




- Coordinate Environment Availability
- Build Test Scenarios, including data sets, configuration, integrated services, etc.
- Build Test Cases with BAs, Dev Team and Stakeholders Support
- Define Functional and Nonfunctional cases, e.g. Performance, Security, Reliability, Usability cases
- Define Testing Schedule for all teams improving bottlenecks
- Test Case Execution during SIT
- Lead Bug Fixing Cycles during SIT
- CAAC QA data documentation for all phases
- Collaborate in getting Approvals of stakeholders during all phases
- Reporting and KPIs tracking

UAT Support:
- In/Out of Scope Analysis
- Coordinate Environment Availability and Related Issues

Post Production Support:
- Lead Defect Fixing after Go-Live.
