How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Analyst, In-Home Distribution will join the team to oversee and ensure the proper execution of all administrative processes related to commercial agreements across the region.

This role plays a key enabling function between Commercial,



Legal, Finance, and external clients, ensuring contract governance, documentation accuracy, billing control, and centralized regional visibility.

The purpose of the role is to provide operational rigor, compliance, and process efficiency to support the commercial strategy in the South Cone markets.

The Analyst, In Home Distribution will be responsible for:
Commercial Contract Administration & Governance
- Prepare and manage commercial contracts using approved legal templates.
- Ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and version control.
- Maintain administrative control of customer and departmental contracts.
- Oversee the loading, tracking, and monitoring of contracts and related documentation in internal systems.

Billing & Financial Administrative Control
- Monitor billing processes and ensure alignment with contractual terms.
- Prepare and process OPs (Order Payments) for vendo
