About This Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze performance across multiple Klaviyo accounts daily.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and potential campaign or technical issues.
- Build and optimize automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, abandoned browse/cart, checkout, etc.).
- Conduct performance reporting and data analysis within Klaviyo (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue attribution, etc.).




- Understand and interpret Klaviyo data to guide campaign improvements and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with US-based team members through Slack and Asana.
- Maintain and document best practices for flow setup, triggers, segmentation, and troubleshooting.
- Support ad hoc lifecycle and customer communication initiatives.

Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of freelance experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Figma (template creation and design).
- 3+ years of experience in Klaviyo performance reporting and data analysis (understanding open rates, CTRs, revenue metrics, etc.).
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills (C1 to C2 level), with the ability to collaborate confidently with US-based team members.
- Proven expertise in building and optimizing flows for abandoned browse,
