Responsibilities:
- Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least 3-5 years for a software development team
- Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, etc
- Experience with Agile Ceremonies including Sprint Goals, Sprint Grooming, calculating Team Capacity, etc.
- Experience in delivering projects that have cross-functional impacts and in collaborating cross-functionally and with business stakeholders.
- Excellent team player with strong communication, inter-personal, presentation skills.
- Experience in working with multi-location and offshore teams
- Capable of leading teams of 10-15 people as a scrum master
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Leading project and program update discussions with IT and Business leadership.
