Job Overview:
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead high-impact IT projects, interfacing with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and successful execution.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members, promoting professional development and fostering a culture of excellence within the IT department.
- Develop and refine IT project management methodologies and best practices, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strategically manage resources, including conducting long-term budgeting and forecasting for IT projects and initiatives, to optimize operational efficiency and project outcomes.
- Coordinate and oversee project activities, emphasizing strategic alignment with business operations and overarching goals.
- Facilitate advanced communication strategies between project teams, stakeholders, and departments, ensuring clarity and collaboration across all project phases.




- Analyze project outcomes and operational processes critically, driving continuous improvement and recommending enhancements to business practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred, with a Bachelor's degree as a minimum requirement.
- Extensive experience in project coordination or management, especially within IT, demonstrating a track record of successful, high-value project delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor, develop, and inspire teams towards achieving excellence and innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a strategic mindset for improving business processes and project outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of negotiating, influencing, and managing expectations at all levels of the organization.
